The Cycle Count process is important to ensure high inventory accuracy. vastMove WMS supports both ad-hoc and wall-to-wall cycle count plans. As the count tasks are synchronized from handheld devices in real-time, all cycle count activities can be performed while operations are ongoing. The engine automatically responds to certain scenarios to save time, including misplace correction, and re-inspection tasks. Once the count is done, the system summarizes the count results and accepts attachments for supporting the required adjustment records.
